African Union appoints experts to settle the war in Sudan


The Sudanese army and Rapid Support Forces, a paramilitary group, started fighting in mid-April. Since then, according to the United Nations, more than 12,000 people have died, and more than 7.4 million people have been displaced, including 5.8 million people who have fled internally and 1.5 million who have fled the country.
